Wesley D. Colombo joins the editorial board of ZooKeys

Wesley D. Colombo is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Programa de Pós-Graduação em Biologia Animal at Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo in Vitória, Brazil.

He joins the Editorial board of ZooKeys as a Subject editor for Hymenoptera, with a focus on flat wasps and related (Chrysidoidea). Currently, at the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, Colombo does research in systematics, phylogeny, entomology and paleobiology, with emphasis in Bethylidae (Hymenoptera, Chrysidoidea).

"Studying biodiversity is something that has always fascinated me and I am very excited to join the Zookeys editorial team, with the objective of bolstering the studies in Biological Systematics that the Journal publishes. Researchers and Journals dedicated to describing our planet's biodiversity are increasingly scarce, so it is important to maintain support and cooperation with these institutions," says Colombo.
