ZooKeys announces 2024 awards

For the fourth consecutive year, ZooKeys would like to distinguish a few of the authors and editors who make our journal a success and recognise the efforts of those whose work has had a profound impact on the scientific community.
We will award vouchers for a free publication in ZooKeys to three first authors whose research papers, published in 2021, have demonstrated significant impact and popularity:
- Patrice Bouchard for the paper Review of genus-group names in the family Tenebrionidae (Insecta, Coleoptera)
- Yisheng Zhao for the paper Rhodnius micki, a new species of Triatominae (Hemiptera, Reduviidae) from Bolivia
- Hirokazu Abe for the paper Molecular identification and larval morphology of spionid polychaetes (Annelida, Spionidae) from northeastern Japan
In addition, ZooKeys will honor the dedication of its editors by recognizing three of the most active editors in 2024:
- Maria Elina Bichuette
- Anthony Herrel
- Angelica Crottini
Award recipients will receive a voucher for a free publication in ZooKeys.
ZooKeys extends its gratitude to all authors, editors, and reviewers whose efforts contribute to the journal’s continued success. We look forward to another year of collaboration and amazing scientific discoveries.
