Prior to the current study, two genera and five species of liocranid spiders have been described from Xishuangbana:
Specimens were examined and measured with a Leica M205 C stereomicroscope. Left male pedipalps were photographed and drawn. Epigynes were photographed before dissection. Vulvae were treated in a 10% warm solution of potassium hydroxide (
