Neighbor-joining tree based on K2P-distance of the 24 specimens of Mitaraka Agromyzidae for which a sequence over 400 bp were retrieved. Information includes specimen number (from Table 1), BOLD process ID, morphospecies name, BIN number and sex. Color text is used when more than one Mitaraka specimen were clustering together in the same BIN.
