Bayesian inference tree of the genus Nanorana based on the sequences of the mitochondrial 12S and 16S, and the nuclear Rag1, Rhod, and Tyr gene. Limnonectes fragilis and Quasipaa boulengeri were included as outgroup. Numbers above branches indicate Bayesian posterior probabilities (≥0.9 retained) and numbers below branches indicate the ML ultrafast bootstrap (UFB) (≥90 retained).
