The percentage of trees in which the associated taxa clustered is shown next to the branches, as bootstrap support (BS ≥ 70) for ML and Maximum Parsimony (MP) topologies respectively. Sequences amplified by the authors of this study were indicated by colored diamond-shaped marks. Marks are colored based on the sampling sites. Sequences from published studies were labelled by their NCBI GenBank access numbers (Fig. 4). The names of the taxa are classified according to the conclusions of this work.
