Maximum likelihood phylogeny and sampling sites of Aegista spp. Reconstructed phylogeny was based on concatenated sequences of mitochondrial COI, 16S and nuclear ITS2 genes. Branch support confidences of clades are shown in bootstrap, approximate likelihood-ratio test and Bayesian posterior probability, respectively. The log likelihood of maximum likelihood tree = -6584.1713. The numbered sampling sites are detailed in Table 1.
