Median-joining network of A. sudafricanum based on COI haplotypes generated in this study. The network was estimated using the median-joining algorithm in PoPArt v.1.7 with epsilon = 0. Each circle represents a different haplotype and the size of a circle correlates with the number of individuals assigned to that haplotype. Only haplotypes found in more than one sample are numbered.
