Comparisons of the skulls of Poyntonophrynus pachnodes sp. n. (UF 184184) in comparison to P. vertebralis (MCZ A-10007), P. grandisonae (AMB 10340), and Mertensophryne micranotis (CAS 162553). Light blue indicates the otic plate and orange indicates the columella, which is absent in both P. pachnodes and Mertensophryne.
